Job Responsibilities

 

•    Knowledge of kitchen procedures, ability to prep, a la carte breakfast, make sandwiches & salads. Assist chef with related cooking duties in th kitchen
•    Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
•    Maintains dishwashing station, 3 compartment sink and related areas cleaned
•    Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
•    Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
•    Ability to provide support with cash and serving customers daily.

Qualifications

•    Demonstrates an understanding of basic kitchen procedures
•    Must be able to follow basic food safety procedures
•    Must have previous kitchen experience

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
